Conference Vendors and Sponsorship

The Vendor Fair will be held at the Wenatchee Convention Center on October 27, 2025. Six foot vendor tables are available for $250. Sponsorship Levels:

Platinum - ($500) Vendor table provided for Exhibitor Fair, Advertisement on each page of the WA-FACSE and WAFCS websites for one year, one-full page advertisement in the WA-FACSE and WAFCS newsletters, and Verbal & table recognition during conference keynote luncheons.

Gold - ($200) Recognition on WA-FACSE and WAFCS websites and in newsletters, Verbal Recognition at Monday’s Luncheon, Table Recognition at Keynote session.

Silver - ($100) Verbal Recognition at Monday’s Luncheon, Table Recognition at both keynote Luncheons

Bronze - ($99 or less) Verbal Recognition at Monday’s Luncheon 

Conference Presenters

Do you have a teaching idea or lesson plan that you would like to share with others. If so, please consider sharing it in a 5-10 minute mini presentation at our conference.
