ServSafe Foodservice Manager's Training
Margaret Viebrock from WSU Extension will offer a ServSafe Food Service Manager Training on Saturday October 25 from 8 AM – 5 PM. Successful completion of the course will provide certify attendees. 8 STEM Clock available for training. Clock hours: 8

Learn How to make the perfect little bag to carry your cell phone with interior card pockets to hold your credit cards. Beginner Friendly!
Attendees will learn STEM techniques to construct a Sallie Tomato brand bag using a variety of sewing techniques including cutting and marking fabric, installing snaps, strap construction, assembly and finishing. Pattern and all supplies are provided. Participants will take home a completed Sophie crossbody bag.
TUESDAY OCTOBER 28 from 9:50-11:50 AM
Fee $100 (includes layer cake and all decorating supplies)
Instructor: Roxy Lang
Attendees will participate in a hands-on entry level STEM cake decorating workshop focusing on speed icing, shell borders, rosettes and roses. Participants will decorate a layer cake to take home.
The workshop will be taught by Roxy Lang, pastry chef/owner of Hudlee Cudlee Bakery in Spokane.
This is a repeat of the workshop offered at Summer Conference.
