Each year the Washington Association of Family and Consumer Sciences (WAFCS) and the Washington Family and Consumer Sciences Educators (WA-FACSE) plan a conference to enhance the professional skills and provide personal enrichment for our members. This year’s theme is "CHEERS TO FCS!"

As a proven leader with 29 years as a head coach, as a teacher, as the President and Director of the WA State Youth Conservation Camps, I've learned many lessons about leadership and how to get the best out of those I've led. In both relaxed and high-pressure situations I've led both small and large groups to success. As a speaker, consultant, 1:1 coach, I bring all of that experience to my clients to get the best out of themselves and those around them.
