This application is for a scholarship that will pay for WA-FACSE Fall Conference Registration, and one-two nights lodging at the conference hotel, up to a total of $350 per recipient.  Funds will be given as a reimbursement with appropriate receipts/documentation.  Additional meals and traveling expenses will NOT be covered.  This scholarship will be given to one FACSE member at large and one FACSE board member.  Decision will be made by the FACSE Executive Committee.  Application due by Sept. 15, 2011.
